How do I purchase tracks?
Select the music you want by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Afterwards, a green “View Cart” button will appear on your screen. If you’re done selecting music, click on the green box to begin checking out. Be sure to use real info on the next screen, as you’ll need it to access your music files and see your transaction info with PayPal
How soon will my music purchase be made available?
You will have instant access to your music files, via your account. Using your user name and password (created during checkout), you will be able to download your tracks. Click ‘Account’ (from menu) > ‘Downloads’ to access your purchases.
What happens with my credit card info?
Jam does NOT see, store, or have access to your credit card info. Once you checkout, you’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment processing area. PayPal has a number of systems and protections to ensure security for any purchase made with us.
What should I expect after making a purchase with Jam Lamb?
Your credit card statement will show the name of our parent company (Dailey Sound Vector Media Group) for music purchases.
Do I own the music I purchase from Jam?
No. Copyright ownership remains with the creators of the music tracks you buy. However, you are authorized to use Jam’s music in promotions, games, commercials, podcasts, presentations, and more. Know that you are not permitted to resell tracks purchased on Jam. Also, we request that you mention ‘Jam Lamb Music Library’ in the music credits area for your published project.
How does your satisfaction guarantee work?
If you’re unhappy with our service and want a refund, we’ll process it once we get an email from you—zero hassles. We only ask that you do NOT use any music of which you’re seeking a refund for.
Help, I purchased the wrong track!
No problem. You have two options: 1.) contact us for the track you meant to purchase and we’ll provide it for you or 2.) we’ll issue a refund and you can make the appropriate choice
Where can I find coupon codes?
Coupons will periodically be mailed out to current customers to say thank you. We will also feature them on ads (Facebook,Instagram, and Twitter) from time to time.
